JOINT MEETING MINUTES

EXETER PLANNING BOARD WORK SESSION AND THE

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE (CPAC)

Members present:     Scott Millar, Michael DeFrancesco, William Haas, Gina Thurn, Michael Viveiros and Donna Di Donato

Members Absent:      Joe St. Lawrence

Staff present: William DePasquale, Planner, Dixie Foisy, Clerk, and Olivia DeFrancesco, Council Liaison

I.                CALL TO ORDER:

Chair Scott Millar called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and immediately turned the meeting over to the Town Planner, William DePasquale to open the CPAC portion of the meeting, take roll call and introduce the Facilitator, Larissa Brown.

II.              ADJOURNMENT:

Chair Scott Millar made a motion to adjourn the Planning Board Work Session; Bill Haas seconded.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:20p.m.
