       IV.            NEW BUSINESS:

A.      Preapplication-Development Plan Review:  Oak Harbor Village, LLC, Applicant and Owner of property located at 567 South County Trail, Exeter, RI; Zoned Business (B) and further designated as Assessor’s Plat 71, Block 4, Lot 1; a request to modify the existing entrance configuration to Oak Harbor Village by removing the existing landscaped island located in the center entrance to the development.

         V.            OLD BUSINESS:

A.     Continued Discussion and/or Possible Action: Planning Board Policy requiring digital submission stating that Applicant shall provide electronic copies of their submissions and as well as provide a link to access electronic copies of their submissions so that they may be made available to the public.

B.      Update the Planning Board on any adjustments to the Comprehensive Plan process.

C.      Discuss the memo the Planning Board sent to the Town Council and update regarding Town Council action.
