A. Request for an extension of the September 18, 2024, Planning Board Decision, recorded in the Town of Exeter Land Evidence Records in Book 625, Pages 270–281, granting Preliminary and Conditional Final Development Plan Approval for the Greenhouse Tier III/Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) Facility project of Rhode Island Grows, LLC, located on Assessor's Plat 52, Block 1, Lots 4, 5, and 6, at South County Trail and One Arnold Place. The project encompasses approximately 94.38 acres and is located in the RU-3 Zoning District. The application is submitted by Michael F. Sweeney, Esq., in his capacity as Court-Appointed Receiver for Rhode Island Grows, LLC, pursuant to the Order dated June 16, 2026. The applicant requests a one-year extension of the September 18, 2024, Decision (September 18, 2024 approval was valid for two years) approving the Preliminary/Conditional Final Development Plan pursuant to Section 6.8, Major Land Development Projects and Major Subdivisions, of the Exeter Land Development and Subdivision Regulations.
