A. Continued review of proposed amendments to existing Mobile Home Parks; PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO EXETER CODE OF ORDINANCES: MOBILE OR MANUFACTURED HOME PARK and ARTICLE III, CONFORMING AND NON-CONFORMING LOTS AND USES HOME OR TRAILER PARKS.

Pre-Application for a Major Land Development: The applicant, RAM 576, LLC, c/o Jason Pannone, located at 1160 Post Road, Suite 4, Warwick, RI 02888, seeks approval for the development of a warehouse, office, and outdoor storage at 576A Nooseneck Hill Road also identified as Assessor's Plat, Block, and Lot Number(s): AP 46, Block 2, Lot(s) 3, situated in Exeter, RI, encompassing 15.4 acres and zoned Light Industrial (LI). The submission includes an easement over this lot, facilitating both ingress and egress to the adjacent Assessor's Plat 46 Block 2 Lot 13.
