The Johnston Town Council shall hold a special meeting on June 13th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Johnston Municipal Court, 1600 Atwood Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919.
Council shall seek to enter into Executive Session Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended pursuant to § 42-46-5 (a) (2) for discussion /action on:
· Collective Bargaining Negotiations between the Town of Johnston and The Rhode Island Laborers’ District Council on behalf of Local Union 808 of the Laborers’ International Union of North America , AFL-CIO
· Return to Open Session:
· Sealing of the minutes
· Adjournment
The Council shall meet pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 42-46-1 et seq., commonly known as the Rhode Island Open Meetings Law.
