The Johnston Town Council shall hold a special meeting on April 24th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Johnston Municipal Court, 1600 Atwood Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919.
Council shall seek to enter into Executive Session Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended pursuant to § 42-46-5 (a) (2) for discussion /action on:
· Opioid Litigation: Discussion and possible vote on new settlement agreements concerning the ongoing national opioid crisis
· Return to Open Session:
· Sealing of the minutes
· Adjournment
The Council shall meet pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws 42-46-1 et seq., commonly known as the Rhode Island Open Meetings Law.
