The Johnston Town Council shall hold a special meeting on March 11, 2024 at the Johnston Municipal Court, 1600 Atwood Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919.
Council President Russo called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm
All Councilmembers were present (Councilman Civetti arrived after the vote to enter into Executive Session)
Also present were: William J. Conley, Jr., Esq., Vincent P. Baccari, Jr., and Donna Dumont, stenographer
Council shall seek to enter into Executive Session Pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended pursuant to § 42-46-5 (a) (2) for discussion /action on:
· Stay Away From The Cans v. Town of Johnston, PC-2019-5993
· Saccoccia et al v. Town of Johnston, 1:18-cv-00697-WES-LDA
Councilwoman Garzone made a motion to enter into executive session pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws §42-46-5 (a) (2) for discussion/action on Stay Away From The Cans v. Town of Johnston, PC-2019-5993 and Saccoccia et al v. Town of Johnston, 1:18-cv-00697-WES-LDA
The motion was seconded by Councilman Carnevale

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
