PB 20-20 - The Centre at Cherry Hill - Request of Plan Modification - The Board will hear comments on the proposed modifications to the final phase of The Centre at Cherry Hill, a proposed 22-unit residential development located at 360 Cherry Hill Road, Assessor’s Plat 20 lot 39.  The Board will review the proposed redesign of the final phase; the 22 units will be developed as eleven two story buildings with a central entrance road.  This is the second modification to the plan.  The Board will accept comments from the public prior to ruling on whether or not the proposed modification will require a public hearing.
