PB 19-34 - Johnston Center - Zoned B-3.  Preliminary Plan and Public Hearing - A public hearing on the proposed development of 2113 Hartford Avenue, AP 54 Lots 34 and 80.  The development will consist of five buildings which will be used for retail, office and medical rehabilitation facility.
