A Public Hearing on a Comprehensive Permit Application in accordance with RIGL 45-53 – The Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Act.  The development will contain 32 housing units where 16 units will be deed restricted to low- and moderate-income households and the balance will be market rate units.  The parcel contains 7.9 +/- acres and is zoned R-40.  Applicant – Trinity Properties of RI, LLC.

PB 23- 12 – Zoning Update.  Discussion and review of draft zoning ordinance.  Major restructuring of the ordinance was required because of the changes and the failure to update the ordinance over the past years when changes were made to state law.
