  Petition of Johnston Winsor III, LLC: Applicant for 118 Winsor Avenue, AP 59 Lot 15, Zoned

  R-40. Applicant is seeking a special use permit to develop a 19 MW solar field on a 160 +/- acre parcel. 

  Motion to continue and vote by Richard Fascia to January 25^th, 2024 meeting. Seconded by Anthony

  Pilozzi.  VOICE VOTE; ALL IN FAVOR.
