Petition of Johnston Winsor III, LLC: Applicant for 118 Winsor Avenue, AP 59 Lot 15, Zoned R-40.  Applicant is seeking a special use permit to develop a 19 MW solar field on a 160 +/- acre parcel. 

Motion to continue by Anthony Pilozzi to December 14^th, 2023 meeting. Seconded by Richard Fascia.

VOICE VOTE; ALL IN FAVOR.
