II.   Minutes from Previous Meetings

 Approval of November 30^th, 2023

 Motion to approve minutes by Anthony Pilozzi.  Seconded by Joseph Anzelone.  All voted in favor.

IV.  New Business

Petition of Compass Properties, LLC c/o John Tzitzouris Owner/Applicant for Norma Street, AP 40 Lot 205 & 206 (merged), Zoned R-15.  Applicant proposing to construct a one family dwelling on the vacant lot including all associated improvements.

Motion to approve by Anthony Pilozzi.  Seconded by Joseph Anzelone.  All voted in favor.

Petition of Anthony R. Verduchi, Jr. & Tami M. Verduchi Owner/Applicant for 22 Rockcrest Lane, AP 5 Lot 377, Zoned R-20.  Applicant proposing to construct a 20 X 40 addition for an accessory dwelling unit.

       Motion to approve by Anthony Pilozzi.  Seconded by Joseph Anzelone.  All voted in favor.

Petition of Luis Rivera Owner/Applicant for 14 South Fairview Street, AP 12 Lot 170, Zoned R-15.

Applicant is proposing an addition which requires a side yard dimensional variance.

Motion to approve by Anthony Pilozzi.  Seconded by Joseph Anzelone.  All voted in favor.
