Present for the meeting was THOMAS LOPARDO-CHAIRPERSON, ANTHONY PILOZZI,
CHARLES AINABE, RICHARD FASCIA-MEMBERS, DENNIS CARDILLO AND ALBERT
COLANNINO-ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS. Also present THOMAS DELLER, AICP-
DIRECTOR, EDWARD CIVITTO, C.B.O.-BUILDING/ZONING OFFICIAL, JOSEPH
BALLIRANO, ESQ-LEGAL COUNSEL AND DEB PAVONE-RECORDING SECRETARY.

Petition of Johnston Winsor III, LLC: Applicant for 118 Winsor Avenue, AP 59 Lot 15, Zoned R-40. Applicant is seeking a special use permit to develop a 19 MW solar field on a 160 +/- acre parcel.
Motion to continue by Anthony Pilozzi to November 2nd, 2023 meeting. Seconded by Dennis Cardillo.
VOICE VOTE; ALL IN FAVOR.
