II. Minutes from Previous Meetings
Approval of May 30th, 2024
Motion to approve minutes by Anthony Pilozzi. Seconded by Joseph Anzelone. All voted in favor.
III. Old Business:

IV. New Business:
Petition of Edward Freeman: Owner/Applicant of 1225 Atwood Ave, AP24 Lot112, Zone B1. Applicant is proposing: Plumbing of RI, D/B/A Rooter-man, D/B/A Anytime and D/A/B Junk removal. Apartment on the second floor. Continue until July 25th 2024
Motion to continue to the next meeting. Motion to approve by Mr. Fascia. Seconded by Mr. Pilozzi. All voted in favor.
Petition of Thomas Paolantonio: Owner/applicant of 51 Bishop Hill Rd. AP 57 Lot 35. Zoned R-40. Applicant is proposing: Single family dwelling expansion of detached garage.
Motion to approve by Mr. Fascia. Seconded by Mr. Pilozzi. All voted in favor.
