II. Minutes from Previous Meeting: Motion to approve: Mr. Pilozzi, second Mr. Anzelone, all in favor.

Petitioner: Richard Dion (contractor), Michael Labbadia (owner) 8 Nicole LN Ave AP 33 Lot 108, Zone R 40, requesting a dimensional variance. New Shed.

Motion to approve: Mr. Pilozzi, second, Mr. Anzelone, all in favor.

Petitioner: Louis Silvera of Maximus Construction (applicant), Andrea DiMaio (owner) 6 Day Street AP 14 Lot 36, Zone B2, applicant requesting a use variance to construct two (2) family structures in a B2 zone.

Motion to approve: Mr. Pilozzi, second Mr. Anzelone, all in favor.
