II. Minutes from Previous Meetings: Accept minutes: Mr. Pilozzi: Do I have a second it. Mr. Anzelone: Second. All in favor.

III. Election of Officers for 2025:

Mr. Anzelone approve. Mr. Cardillo second. All in favor.

IV. Appointing Member of the Land Trust:

Mr. Anzelone made a motion to appoint Mr. Anthony Pilozzi to the Land Trust. Mr. Ainabe second. All in favor.

V. Old Business:

ZBR File 2022-2 Petition of Johnston Asphalt LLC, Applicant for 100 Allendale Ave. AP 36 Lot 77. Zoned industrial. This petition has been remanded by the Superior Court for a new heating. Mr.Pilozzi, motion to continue. Mr. Anzelone second. Exhibits A-L were entered. All in favor. Continued to March 27, 2025

VI. New Business:

Petition of Amanda Saucedo 25 Pinewood Ave AP 9 Lot 78, Zone R15. Requesting to construct an attached garage with living space above. 30ft. x 20 ft. 600 Sq. ft. Exhibit A was entered.

Mr. Pilozzi approve. Mr. Anzelone second. All in favor.
