II.     Minutes from Previous Meeting: Motion to approve: Mr. Pilozzi, Mr. Colannino second, all in favor. 

III.  Old Business: NONE.  The attorney for the applicant is withdrawing the application, no decision will be made.

Tenant:  Jeff Roter, Elizabeth Davis.  Applicant seeks a feline shelter in an R15 zone which is not permitted in the Table of Use Regulations Subsection 9 (18a).  Pamphlet info on rescue, accept as exhibit A & B: Pillozzi and Cardillo all in favor.  Motion to continue to August 28, 2025.  Fascia, Pilozzi, all in favor.
