I. Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance: 6:40 PM
Thomas Lopardo, Chairperson, Anthony Pilozzi, Vice Chairperson, Charles Ainabe, Dennis Cardillo, Alternate Board Member. Also present: Joseph R. Ballirano, Esquire, Recording Secretary, Deb Pavone.
II. Minutes From Previous Meetings
Motion to approve: Mr. Pilozzi, Mr. Anzelone, second. All in favor.
18 City View will not be heard.
III. Old Business:
Anthony Bonafiglia, Joshua Perez 839 Sanderson Road. Apt. 61 lot 25 Zone R40 is seeking
Dimensional Variance to construct a 40 x 47 Garage with storage on the second floor.
Motion to deny: Mr. Pilozzi, Mr. Cardillo, second. All in favor.
IV. New Business:
Nicholas Veltri 24 Countryside Drive Lot 229 Plat 61 Zone R40. Dimensional Variance to
Construct a detached 14’ x 32’ wood frame one car detached garage. Motion to approve:
Mr. Pilozzi, Mr. Cardillo, all if favor.
Robert Montaquilla 34 River Drive Lot 3 plat 449 Zone R15 Dimensional Variance. New
Building garage. Motion to deny: Mr. Cardillo, Mr Ainabe , second all in favor.
New Era LLC 0 Morton Avenue Lot 49 plat 102 zone R40. Dimensional Variance building
Motion to grant: Mr. Pilozzi, Mr. Cardillo second, all in favor.
