Special Meeting – Site Visit

The Middletown Planning Board will meet on December 5, 2022, 3:15pm to conduct a site visit to the property that is the subject of the application listed below. The board will meet at the subject property at the time indicated. The purpose of the meeting is for Planning Board members to view the subject property. The Board will not deliberate, will not accept public comment, and will take no action on the application during this meeting.

1.    3:15pm. Application of Robert Reed, Jr. & Jonna Reed for Preliminary Plan approval of a 2-lot minor subdivision of land. Property located at 74 Honeyman Ave., Plat 114, Lot 503.
