Special Meeting – Site Visit

AGENDA

The Middletown Planning Board will meet on November 3, 2023, 3:00pm to conduct a site visit to the property that is the subject of the petition listed below. The board will meet at the subject property at the time indicated. The purpose of the meeting is for Planning Board members to view the subject property. The Board will not deliberate, will not accept public comment, and will take no action on the petition during this meeting.

1.    Petition of Mello Realty Inc. requesting amendment to the Future Land Use Map, Map L-4 of the Middletown Comprehensive Community Plan to change the designation of property fronting on Coddington Highway, Plat 103, Lot 103 from high-density residential and limited & office business to industrial.
