Special Meeting – Site Visit

AGENDA

The Middletown Planning Board will meet on February 3, 2026, 3:00pm to conduct a site visit to the property that is the subject of the application listed below. The board will meet at the subject property listed below at the time indicated. The purpose of the meeting is for Planning Board members to view the subject property. The Board will not deliberate, will not accept public comment, and will take no action on the applications during this meeting.

1.    3:00pm, 300 Coddington Highway - Request of Mello Realty, Inc., owner, and Coddington Cove Land Condominium Association, applicants for a waiver from design standards section 521.2.C of the Middletown Rules and Regulations Regarding the Subdivision and Development of Land for use of exterior building materials (vinyl siding) not meeting design requirements. Property located at 300 Coddington Hwy, Tax Assessors Plat 103, Lot 103
