· Receive legal advice regarding notification of deficit. 42-46-5 A(2)
· Consider and Vote to adjourn into open session.
Chair to report out any votes taken in executive session.
Individuals may address the School Committee on only one (1) relevant education related topic not included on the agenda nor related to personnel or job performance nor revealing personally identifiable information regarding students. Individuals may speak for no longer than five (3) minutes and must submit a public participation form to the Superintendent prior to the start of the meeting. Non-agenda items discussed under public forum will not be voted upon at this meeting.
· Consider and vote on amendment to deficit notification to reflect updated estimated deficit numbers.
· Consider and vote on motion to approve the FY22-23 budget.
· Discussion with RIDE representative regarding regionalization.
· Consider and Vote on Motion to Adjourn
