1. Convene in Open Session

2. Roll Call

3. Consider and vote to convene in Executive Session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-4 & 5:

1.)    Collective Bargaining work session and legal advice related thereto. RIGL 42-46-5(a)(2).

2.)    Consider and Vote on Motion to adjourn executive session and convene into open session.

4. Reconvene in Open Session at conclusion of Executive Session.

 

5. Notification to the Public of compliance with R.I. Gen Laws 42-46-4 & 5 as to votes taken (if any) indicating individual members voting for matters in Executive Session.

 

6. Consider and Vote on Motion to keep minutes of executive session closed and seal the minutes pursuant to RIGL 42-46-7(c) and 42-46-4 & 5.

 

7. Consider and Vote to accept the proposed Final Tentative Agreement for certified staff as presented by the negotiation subcommittee and transmit the same to the Middletown Council for its consideration.

 

8. Adjourn
