1. Convene in Open Session by roll call vote.

 

2. Consideration and Vote on motion to convene in Executive Session to receive legal advice regarding personnel matter pursuant to provisions of RIGL, Sections 42-46-2, 42-46-4 and 42-46-5 (a) and personnel hearing pursuant to RIGL 42-46-5 (a)(1) and 16-12.1-1 et seq.

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION AGENDA

 

1. Receive legal advice regarding administrative hearing on termination of Business Manager. RIGL 42-46-2, 42-46-4 & 42-46-5 (a)

2. If necessary, hold an administrative hearing on termination of Business Manager.  RIGL 16-12.1-1 et seq. & 42-46-5 (a)(1).

3. Consideration and Vote to adjourn executive session and reconvene in Open Session and move into public session.

Notification to the public of compliance with R.I. Gen Laws 42-46-4 & 5 as to votes taken (if any) indicating individual members voting for matters in Executive Session.

 

4. Consideration and Vote to seal the minutes of the executive session pursuant to RIGL 42-46-7(c) and 42-46-4 & 5.

 

5. Termination Hearing re Business Manager pursuant to R.I. Gen Laws 16-12.1-1 et seq.

 

6. Consideration and Vote on Superintendent’s recommendation to terminate the Business Manager’s employment relationship with the district for cause.
