2.  Consideration and Vote on motion to convene in Executive Session to receive legal advice regarding potential settlement of a personnel matter pursuant to provisions of RIGL, Sections 42-46-2, 42-46-4 and 42-46-5 (a).

1.                  Discuss litigation of administrator challenging proposed termination and consider potential settlement of a personnel matter  and receive legal advice thereto.pursuant to. RIGL, Sections 42-46-5 (a)(2).
