Brainsky, Esq. for a Special Use permit from section 602 to allow outdoor seating at the existing store front. Said real estate is located at 796 Aquidneck Avenue and further identified as lot 92-A on tax assessor’s plat 114.
Petition of: Stephen M. Sullivan (owner) for a Special Use Permit from section 902; Article 16 to add an Additional Dwelling Unit for my 79-year-old brother. Said real estate is located at 62 Third Beach Road and further identified as lot 944 on tax assessor’s plat 125.
Petition of: Austin N. & Sarah P. Lema (owners) for a Variance from section 603 & 701 to amend the previously approved variance on March 23, 2021. This is a request to change the orientation & size of the garage. The new proposed structure is amended on the land survey to represent 28’ wide by 26’ deep within the previously approved setbacks. Said real estate is located at 1270 Wapping Road and further identified as lot 2 on tax assessor’s plat 129.
