2. A MOTION TO APPROVE the 2021 renewal applications for four Miscellaneous Licenses, subject to state and local regulations.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract extension for Security System Program and Design Services with Grist Security Consulting, Inc. at their quoted hourly rates, for a one-year period ending February 18, 2022, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract extension for the Purchase of Wastewater Chemicals with Marubeni America Corporation for Potassium Permanganate at $1.596/pound for a one-year period, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
5. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of miscellaneous equipment for the Fire Pumper from Shipman’s Fire Equipment Co., Inc. in the amount of $8,193.12, using the State of Massachusetts contract.
6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase and installation of one (1) additional heating fan convector for the 3^rd Floor of Town Hall to adequately heat the Special Needs office from Atlantic Control Systems Inc. in the amount of $4,608.92.
7. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for ADS Pipe for the Public Works Department to the lowest bidder, Putnam Pipe Corporation at their quoted bid prices for a one-year period ending May 3, 2022.
8. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for the Purchase of Wastewater Chemicals - Polymers to the lowest bidder, Polydyne, Inc. for Polymer Zetag 7587 at $1.86/pound and Polymer Zetag 7878 at $603.00 per 450-pound drum.
9. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM the emergency Network Fiber Repair on Knowles Way, completed by Sertex, LLC. in the amount of $9,232.62.

A MOTION TO APPROVE the annual service contract for the Interoperable Radio Communications System from Motorola, Inc., in the amount of $35,124.08 for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021/2022 and to authorize the Town Manager to sign the contract after review by the Town Solicitor. PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT

11. A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from the Narragansett Chamber of Commerce to sponsor the 6th Annual RI Calamari Festival on Saturday September 11, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM, with set up on Thursday and Friday September 9th & 10th at Veterans Memorial Park and Gazebo Park, subject to state and local regulations.
