Motion by Councilor Kopech, seconded by Councilor Cicilline Buonanno to approve joining the settlement involving Teva and Allergan Pharmaceutical Companies. Motion unanimously voted.

1. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY, AND CONFIRM the emergency repairs made to Police Department Car 2 by Mike’s Service Auto Body in the amount of $4,039.42.
2. A MOTION TO APPROVE the 2022 Summer Concert Series with performances by three (3) bands that exceed the $2,500.00 threshold (total cost of $8,800.00).
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the use of the State of Rhode Island Master Price Agreement (MPA) #433 for Welding Services from four (4) vendors for the period ending February 28, 2025.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE the installation of fifteen (15) network data circuits in various departments to be completed by Third Millennium Communications Inc., in the amount of $3,690.00.
5. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY, AND CONFIRM the emergency electrical system repairs at the Industrial Park pump station, completed by E.W. Audet & Sons, Inc., in the amount of $6,358.10.
6. A MOTION TO AUTHORIZE the use of the General Construction Services Contract with Abcore Restoration Company, Inc., to sand and refinish the hardwood floors at the Canonchet/North Beach Club House in the amount of $5,500.00.
7. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of DTS Police Scheduling Software from SystemWorks LLC, in the amount of $4,992.00 and authorizes the Town Manager to sign the contract after review by the Town Solicitor.
8. A MOTION TO APPROVE a Holiday License for Richard Fuka dba Narragansett Crab Co., LLC at 270 Great Island Road, Narragansett, RI 02882 subject to state and local regulations.
9. A MOTION TO APPROVE the Police Department’s request to hire two new Probationary Public Safety Dispatcher/Clerk. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)
10. A MOTION TO APPROVE the recommendations of the Sewer Policy Committee relative to Plat N-H Lot 394 for waiver of the Sewer Policy. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)

A MOTION TO APPROVE a proposal from Fuss & O’Neill and AUTHORIZE the Town Engineer to sign the agreement for professional services related to illicit discharge investigations for Town storm drainage systems that drain to Scarborough Beach in the amount of $10,000.00. 12. A MOTION TO ADOPT a Resolution specifying the Loan Criteria for the Narragansett Community Septic System Loan Program (CSSLP) and AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to sign a Non-Restoring Line of Credit Promissory Note and Loan Agreement with the RI Infrastructure Bank to implement the Community Septic System Loan Program. 13. A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from Ragnar Events, LLC to pass through the Town of Narragansett during their 200-mile relay race, subject to state and local laws. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)
14. A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from the Narragansett Little League for their annual Opening Day Parade to be held on Saturday, April 30th, 2022 at 11:00 AM, subject to state and local regulations. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)

16. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase and installation of one (1) ductless heating and air conditioning system for The Clarke Center at Parks and Recreation from JMB Mechanical Inc., in the amount of $24,701.00. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)

18. A MOTION TO INTRODUCE, READ, PASS, AND ACCEPT as a first reading amendments to Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island, entitled “Zoning”, amending Section 2.2 (Definitions), Section 6 (Zoning Regulations), Section 12 (Special Use Permits), and Section 7.9 (Automobile Parking Spaces) to include “Personal Storage”. A MOTION TO ADOPT a Resolution to petition its Honorable Delegation to the General Assembly that the landing fee, authorized by the General Assembly, pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 45-2-35.2 and Chapter 343 of the Public Laws of 2001, to be charged, assessed, or otherwise collected by the Town of Narragansett on each passenger over the age of (12) arriving in the Port of Galilee to be increased to seventy-five cents ($.75).
