1. A MOTION TO APPROVE the waiver of interest for taxpayers in accordance with Ordinance 2010-936.
2. A MOTION TO APPROVE the software maintenance/service contract for the Judicial Case Management System (JCMS) used by Municipal Court from Curia Systems, Inc., in the amount of $6,000.00 and at the unit cost per ticket after 1,000 tickets for FY2023.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the renewal of the annual VOIP phone system hardware support and maintenance agreement with Carousel Industries, Inc., in the amount of $8,721.92 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/2023.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract addendum to add an additional five (5) years to the current, self-renewing maintenance contract for the Town Hall elevator and an adjustment to the service dates for the Town Hall Handicap Lift with Otis Elevator Company and AUTHORIZES the Town Manager to sign both Contract Addendums after review by the Town Solicitor.
5. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract extension for Fiber Optic System Maintenance and Improvement Services with Sertex, LLC for a one-year period at their hourly rates for regular and emergency services and their percentage mark-ups for parts, materials, and equipment, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the repairs to field lighting at Sprague Park (baseball field) to be completed by E.W. Audet & Sons, Inc., utilizing the General Electrical Services contract, in the amount of $6,895.00.
7. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of extended warranties on hardware from Dell, Inc., in the amount of $3,000.01.
8. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for the Scheduling Software System for the Fire Department to Vector Solutions Inc., in the amount of $4,751.00 and AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to sign the contract after review by the Town Solicitor..

12. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase and installation of one (1) new HVAC condensing unit for Canonchet/North Beach Clubhouse from JMB Mechanical Inc., in the amount of $7,646.40.
13. A MOTION TO APPROVE a Class F-1 Alcoholic Beverage License for the Narragansett Lions Club for the Annual Blessing of the Fleet Seafood Festival event to be held on July 28, 29 and 30, 2022 at Veterans Memorial Park, subject to state and local regulations.
