· A MOTION TO ACCEPT the request to delay a public hearing on a petition from Bryan Couture and Melissa Durkin-Couture for the abandonment of a portion of Kathy Street.
· A MOTION TO ACCEPT the request from the applicant to withdraw without prejudice the request from Narragansett Casino LLC dba Narragansett Casino to amend the last approved site use/plan at Assessor’s Plat C, Lot 181-1AS, 11 Pier Marketplace.
· A MOTION TO ACCEPT the request from the applicant to withdraw without prejudice the application of Narragansett Casino, LLC, dba Narragansett Casino for a new Class B-Victualler Limited Alcoholic Beverage License at Assessor’s Plat C, Lot 181-1AS, 11 Pier Marketplace, Narragansett, RI.
· A MOTION TO OPEN AND HOLD a Public Hearing on the renewal of the Alcoholic Beverage Licenses for the license period of December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023.
Ø A MOTION TO CLOSE the public hearing.
Ø A MOTION TO APPROVE the renewal of Alcoholic Beverage Licenses for the license period of December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023, subject to compliance with all state and local regulations.

All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine or have been previously reviewed by the Town Council, and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business, and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.
1. A MOTION TO APPROVE the real estate abatements of $954.21.
2. A MOTION TO APPROVE the waiver of interest for taxpayers in accordance with Ordinance 2010-936.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of six (6) Verifone credit card terminals for the Parks and Recreation Department and Narragansett Town Beach from CGS Forte, in the amount of $2,743.39.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of holsters for the Police Department from Parros Gun Shop & Police Supply, in the amount of $5,219.00.
5. A MOTION TO APPROVE the one-time phone service change cost for IT from Verizon Business Services, Inc., in the amount of $7,930.40.
6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of one (1) new 2022 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) for the Fire Department from Polaris Sales Inc., in the amount of $25,240.78, utilizing the Sourcewell contract.
7. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of one (1) new Medlite UTV Medical Rescue Skid for the Fire Department from Kimtek Corporation, in the amount of $3,342.02, utilizing the GSA contract.
8. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM the emergency engine repairs to Fire Department Rescue 3, performed by OSP Diesel, in the amount of $19,466.52.
9. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for the Purchase of Chairs for the Towers to the lowest bidder, Commercial Concepts & Furnishings, in the total amount of $15,762.00.
10. A MOTION TO READ, PASS, AND ACCEPT as a first reading “A Resolution Amending the Official List of Parking Restrictions and Regulations in the Town of Narragansett” in accordance with the Narragansett Code of Ordinances.
11. A MOTION TO APPROVE the two agreements with Narragansett Surf and Skate Shop, 74 Narragansett Avenue, Narragansett, for a five-year surf lessons agreement and a five-year weekly surf camp agreement at the Town Beach, and AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to sign the agreements.
12. A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from Rhode Races & Events Inc., to conduct the annual Ocean State Rhode Race half Marathon and 5K Road Race to be held on Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm subject to state and local regulations.
13. A MOTION TO APPROVE the installation of a new water line to the residence at 95E Middlebridge Road to be completed by George Sherman Sand and Gravel Co. Inc., in the amount of $19,000.00, utilizing the Miscellaneous Repair and Construction Contract.
14. A MOTION TO REFER the request from Megan and Zach Bourque in regard to Plat N-S Lot 518 (232 Bonnet Point Road) for waiver of the Sewer Policy to the Sewer Policy Committee for review.
15. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract extension for Wastewater Laboratory Analysis with Microbac Laboratories, Inc. at their quoted bid prices and rates, for a one-year period ending December 31, 2023, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
16. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of BIOXIDE for the Wastewater Division from Evoqua Water Technologies at the price of $3.76 per gallon for FY 2022-23.
17. A MOTION TO APPOINT two individuals to the Board of Canvassers.
18. A MOTION TO RESCHEDULE a work session with the Parks and Recreation Department regarding a review of the 2022 beach season and beach policies and fees for the 2023 season.
