6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the renewal of the support and subscription services to Fortinet Coterm for the primary Town firewall from Zones LLC, in the amount of $3,879.30.

A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from URI Kappa Sigma Fraternity to conduct a Polar Plunge for Military Heroes Campaign at the Town Beach on Sunday February 26, 2022 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm subject to state and local regulations.
