3. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM the Tent Rental for Gansett Days from Pranzi Tents & Events, in the amount of $3,910.00.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE the electrical services/repairs required at Fire Stations #1 and #3, to be completed by E. W. Audet & Sons, Inc., in the amount of $5,760.00, utilizing the General Electrical Service contract.
5. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of Guardian Tracking software module for the Fire Department from Vector Solutions, in the amount of $4,134.00.

13. A MOTION TO APPROVE the site use and design plans submitted by HBM Architects, LLC pursuant to Appendix A, Section 7.1 of the Town Ordinances.
Motion to accept the findings and recommendations of the Planning Board and staff and accept the documents submitted by the Library Chair as presented. ACCEPTED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)

14. A MOTION TO APPROVE funds to match the Inez Sprague Fund donation to the Narragansett Housing Authority (NHA), not to exceed $10,000, to be used solely for Heating Assistance to Narragansett residents for the 2022-2023 winter season and AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to issue payment for NHA approved requests for heating assistance.
