1. A MOTION APPROVE the real estate abatements in the amount of $3,836.00 and the addendums of $23,455.98.
2. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for General Plumbing Services to the lowest bidder, Atlantic Control Systems, Inc., at their quoted rates and percentage mark-ups on parts, materials and equipment, for a one-year period.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of three (3) specialized, high-pressure nozzles for DPW’s Vactor Jet Spray Truck from Texas Underground Inc./Pipe Hunter, in the amount of $2,723.00.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of two (2) new replacement LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillators (AEDs) from Stryker Medical, in the amount of $3,164.78 after a trade-in allowance for the two (2) old units.
5. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for the Purchase of Wardrobe Lockers for the Fire Department to the lowest bidder, Global Equipment Company, Inc., in the amount of $9,738.89.
6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of three (3) Getac V110 Rugged Tablets for the Fire Department’s engines and ladder truck from Island Tech Services, LLC, in the total amount of $9,855.00.
7. A MOTION TO APPROVE the preparation and application of Penntek Floor Coating on the Public Works Shop floors, to be completed by DiStefano Brothers Construction, Inc. in the amount of $78,562.64. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)

A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from the Maury Loontjens Memorial Library for their 6th annual Family Costume Walk/Parade to be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm (rain date October 23rd) subject to approval of state and local regulations. 13. A MOTION TO APPROVE the three (3)-year contract extension for Beach Food and Beverage Concession with Fire and Water Concessions, Inc. at their annual payment to the Town of $135,001.00, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. APPROVED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)
15. A MOTION TO AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to sign the Cooperative Agreement with RIDEM and to solicit bids for construction of driveway improvements and coastal resiliency rehabilitation at the Middlebridge Conservation Site. AUTHORIZED (Cicilline Buonanno/Dzwierzynski 5-0)
