2. A MOTION TO APPROVE a three (3)-year contract extension for CLEAR (Consolidated Lead Evaluation and Reporting) for the Police Department from West (Thomson Reuters), in the amount of $1,686.12 annually and AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to sign the contract after review by the Town Solicitor.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM the emergency purchase of replacement brake components for the Fire Department Ladder 1 from TruckPro LLC, in the amount of $9,696.73.
4. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM the emergency purchase of a replacement wholesale water meter for the Water Division from Stiles Co., Inc. in the amount of $4,010.65.
5. A MOTION TO APPROVE the annual maintenance contract for the Police Department’s audio recording system with Interaction Insight Corporation, in the amount of $2,880.00.
6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of one (1) rugged mobile laptop for Rescue 3 from Zones LLC, pursuant to the NCPA contract, in the amount of $3,780.00.

9. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of eight (8) laptops for Narragansett Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) from Zones LLC, pursuant to the NCPA contract, in the total amount of $10,784.00. APPROVED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
10. A MOTION TO APPROVE the one-year contract extension for Rental of Tables, Chairs, and Tents with Pranzi Tents and Events for the Towers at their quoted bid prices, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. APPROVED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
11. A MOTION TO APPROVE the 2023 Summer Concert Series with performances by eight (8) bands that exceed the $2,500.00 threshold (combined cost of $25,900.00). APPROVED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)
12. A MOTION TO APPROVE the request from the South County Museum to host a “Civil War Reenactment” at the South County Museum. 13. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for Scarborough Wastewater Treatment Facility Groin Restoration Project to the lowest bidder, New England Building & Bridge Co., Inc. in the amount of $786,000.00. AWARDED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)
14. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM Change Order No. 2 with E.W. Burman, Inc. for the Maury Loontjens Memorial Library Renovation Project, in the amount of $21,415.00. APPROVED, RATIFIED, AND CONFIRMED (Cicilline Buonanno/Kopech 5-0)

17. A MOTION TO ADOPT the proposed amendments to the Town of Narragansett Rules for Commission, Committee and Board Appointments to amend the role of council members on committees and remove the date of October 4, 2021 in reference to term limits to be in line with the intent of the referendum that passed on November 6, 2012. ADOPTED (Lawler/Ferrandi 3-2; Cicilline Buonanno and Kopech opposed)
