· A MOTION TO RESCHEDULE a Public Hearing to amend the text of Section 5.5 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett entitled Zoning, for the purpose of adding a new Historic District Zone, (170 Clarke Road – “The Camp”). RESCHEDULED FOR APRIL 17, 2023 (Lawler/Cicilline Buonanno 5-0)

1. A MOTION TO APPROVE the waiver of interest for taxpayers in accordance with Ordinance 2010-936.
2. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of one (1) new full color printer, copier, scanner for the Building Department from Ricoh USA, Inc., in the amount of $4,814.00 less a rebate of $750.00.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract extension for General Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Services with JMB Mechanical, Inc. for a one-year period at their hourly rates for regular and emergency services and their percentage mark-ups for parts, materials, and equipment, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
4. A MOTION TO RECEIVE AND PLACE ON FILE the 2022 annual reports from various Boards, Commissions and Committees.

A MOTION TO ACCEPT a reimbursable Fire Act grant of $367,770.00 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Homeland Security Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program and AUTHORIZE the Town Manager to sign acceptance of said grant. 6. A MOTION TO APPROVE the contract extension for Backflow Prevention Device Testing – Municipal Buildings for the 2023 testing with Gem Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC in the total amount of $10,800.00 for seventy-two (72) devices, under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. 7. A MOTION TO APPROVE the renovations to the Information Technology (IT) Department at Town Hall, to be completed by Abcore Restoration Company, Inc., in the amount of $148,320.00, Automatic Temperature Controls, Inc., in the amount of $158,383.00, and E.W. Audet & Sons, Inc., in the amount of $21,250.00, for a total amount of $327,953.00, utilizing the General Construction Services Contract, State Master Price Agreement and the General Electrical Services Contract.
