2. A MOTION TO APPROVE, RATIFY AND CONFIRM the emergency purchase of parts to repair the Department of Public Works’ International Forestry Bucket Truck from Allegiance Trucks in the amount of $3,160.62.
3. A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase of firefighter life safety rope evacuation systems and accessories from MES Shipman’s Fire Equipment Co. in the amount of $3,269.02, pursuant to the Sourcewell Contract.

10. A MOTION TO AWARD the bid for Pump Station Wet Well Cleaning to the sole bidder, Inland Waters LLC, in the amount of $39,500.00. AWARDED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)

A MOTION TO APPROVE the purchase and installation of an active internal mixing system for the North End Water Storage Tank by CorrTech, Inc., in the amount of $21,673.00 with a contingency allowance of $5,000.00, and the preparation plans and specifications by Wright-Pierce in the amount of $8,200.00. PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
12. A MOTION TO APPROVE the increase in Liability Insurance Coverage for the caretaker’s residence lease at 95E Middlebridge Road from $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 and correct the end date of the lease agreement to reflect the March 31, 2028. APPROVED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)
13. A MOTION TO APPROVE a one-year contract extension for Beach Dumpster Service with Republic Services, Inc. at “Year 2” pricing of $31,820.13, under the same terms and conditions as the original bid. APPROVED (Lawler/Kopech 5-0)
