Meeting to be held In-Person at Town Hall

 

Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on Agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant in an attempt to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

 

Signs:

1.      Brouillard, James and Theia. Plat 6, Lot 31. Fire # 448 Ocean Ave. Application by Cariona Davis for three signs for a new business located at the former Offshore Property location. 

 

2.      The Mallick, LLC. Plat 6, Lot 122. Fire # 441 Dodge Street. Application by Victoria Jones for three signs at Tori Jones Studio.

 

Preliminary:

1.      Town of New Shoreham. Plat 6, Lot 118. Fire # 9 Dodge Street. Application to replace windows, trim and exterior siding at the Island Free Library.

 

2.      Ballard’s Inn Realty, LLC. Plat 7, Lot 23. Fire # 42 Water Street. Application to construct an addition to the second floor, new exterior deck and two egress staircases. 

 

3.      Nyzio, Stanley. Plat 7, Lot 50. Fire # 337 High Street. Application to extend the front deck and remove/replace the rear deck.
