Call to Order
After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on Agenda items. The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant in an attempt to understand the project. After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments. Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment. Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site. Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc. Thank you for participating.
Preliminary:
1. TMG BI Realty LLC. Plat 6, Lot 157. Fire #212 Water Street. Application for renovations at Finn’s Seafood Restaurant. Renovations include re-shingling roof and replacing siding
2. Town of New Shoreham, New Shoreham Sewer. Plat 6, Lot 4. Application for resiliency upgrades and flood proofing on the 1976 sewage pumping stations. RIDEM’S current guidelines require that all critical components be designed and installed at an elevation approximately 3 feet high than the projected flood elevation per site. Upgrades will require the installation of an elevated platform to contain electrical controls and emergency generators.
3. Town of New Shoreham, New Shoreham Sewer. Plat 5, Lot 97. Application for resiliency upgrades and flood proofing on the 1976 sewage pumping stations. 4. Eureka Hotel Inc. Plat 7, Lot 36. Fire #360 High Street. Application to redesign and rebuild the existing deck. The rounded half-circle portion of the deck with be removed and deck rebuild square. The square footage will remain the same.
5. Eureka Hotel Inc. Plat 7, Lot 37. Fire #45 High Street. Application to replace the dormer windows, trim, and asphalt roof shingles.
6. Block Island Resorts. Plat 7, Lot 7. Fire #261 Spring Street. Application to change two windows with doors and to replace shingles around the new doors with same size and color shingles.
7. Block Island Resorts. Plat 7, Lot 7. Fire #43 Spring Street. Application to replace exterior sliding doors.
8. Town of New Shoreham, Mary D. Park. Plat 6, 147 and Plat 6, 146. Install sundial sculpture on Plat 6 lot 147, a bluestone walkway, landscaping and rebuild a stonewall on Plat 6 lot 146.
