Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on Agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant in an attempt to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

 

Preliminary:

1.      Brown, Dwayne and Keisha. Plat 6, Lot 87. Fire #461 Chapel Street. Application for construction of an Accessory Structure with an Accessory Apartment.

 

2.      Parsons, Leslie. Plat 6, Lot 90.  Fire #208.  Application by Susan Bush to install a privacy fence. 

 

3.      Barrett, Meaghan and John Cotter.  Plat 7, Lot 58.  Fire #341.  Application to replace windows and replace a French door with a slider.

 

4.      O’Hayer, Matthew and Stewart, Catherine. Plat 5 Lot 113. Fire #582 Beach Avenue. Hygeia House. Addition of exterior stair to rear porch and outdoor shower under stair landing.
