Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant in an attempt to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

 

Preliminary:

 

1.      TMG BI Realty LLC.  Plat 6, Lot 157. Fire #212 Water Street.  Application for renovations at Finn’s Seafood Restaurant.  

 

2.      Best Location LLC.  Plat 6 Lot 3-2.  Fire #33 Ocean Ave.  Application by Poor People’s Pub to replace current   metal pergola with wooden pergola

 

3.      Best Location Block Island II LLC. Plat 5 Lot 10.  Fire #126 Corn Neck Road.  Application by Tigerfish to construct a pergola.

 

4.      Cronin, James and Mary.  Plat 8 Lot 255.  Application to construct a second floor addition to an existing single family dwelling.  Reconstruct porches and decks, replace windows, roof, gutters, and chimney.  

 

5.      Cat Rock Cove. Plat 7 Lot 19. Fire #30. Application by Peter Mott to construct a maintenance building.

 

6.      Brown, Keisha and Dwyane.  Application to put an addition on an existing shed.
