Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

 

Preliminary/Final Application:

 

1.   Eureka Hotel Inc.  Plat 7, Lot 37.  Fire #45 High Street.  Application to add decorative trim and window dormer overhangs.

2.   Garden Lot LLC Plat 7, Lot 33. Fire #129 Spring Street.  Application by Rita Draper to modify windows and doors on the mill building.

3.   Sky Blue Pink LLC. Plat 5, Lot 69-1. Fire#31 Ocean Avenue. Application for replacement of the fire escape required by the Fire Marshal.

 

Other Business:

 

Discuss training options that is now required by Rhode Island law

·         Each HDC member is required to complete a 3-hour training program one time within two years of June 22, 2022, or within one year of a new appointment. Each HDC member is required to complete a 1-hour annual update each year.
