Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

Preliminary/ Final:

1.   Kenney, Robert C.  Plat 6, Lot 36.  Fire# 454.  Ocean Ave. Application to make changes to deck at 454 Ocean Ave.

2.   32 Dodge ST Block Island OPCO LLC. Plat 6, Lot 133-1. Fire#440 Dodge Street. Application by Erin Sibley-Jett on behalf of the owners for a new staircase and deck on the westside of the property leading to the second story. New location of the AC condensers.

3.   32 Dodge ST Block Island OPCO LLC. Plat 6, Lot 143. Fire#32 Dodge Street. Application by Erin Sibley-Jett on behalf of the owners for asphalt shingle roof, like kind, including mansard roof and new like kind shingles on street facing dormers.
