Call to Order
After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items. The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant to understand the project. After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments. Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment. Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site. Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc. Thank you for participating.
Preliminary:
1. Glen, Stewart & Pamela Income Trust. Plat 6, Lot 77. Fire# 447 Old Town Road. Application to remove hedge and replace with split rail fence and plantings.
2. 32 Dodge ST Block Island OPCO LLC. Plat 6, Lot 133-2. Fire#145 Dodge Street. Application by Erin Sibley-Jett on behalf of the owner for new AC condensers and removal of the chimney.
3. 32 Dodge ST Block Island OPCO LLC. Plat 6, Lot 133-1. Fire#440 Dodge Street. Application by Erin Sibley-Jett on behalf of the owners to put in new cedar shingled planters on the small asphalt roof adjacent to the entry.

Application by Newport Collaborative Architects for interior room renovation comprised of finish and fixture upgrades with minor exterior modifications including addition of condensing units in the rear of building and creation of a storage enclosure below the existing exterior stairs.
