Call to Order: 

Ms. Tunney opened the meeting at 5:00 P.M.

Preliminary/ Final:

1.      Estate of Lewis Gaffett, Plat 6, Lot 3-3. Fire #85 Ocean Ave. Application by Thomas J. Martucci, for construction of two dormers.

Ms. Tunney questioned the exhaust and make up air.

Mr. Martucci agreed with what Ms. Tunney stated and agreed to a different exhaust.

Ms. Arlene Tunney made a motion for Final Approval for Estate of Lewis Gaffett, Plat 6, Lot 3-3. Fire #85 Ocean Ave. Application by Thomas J. Martucci, for construction of two dormers with stipulations.

a.       The corner trim will match existing.

b.      That Mr. Martucci will come back with information on the exhaust stack. If it requires the stack he must return before the board, if it is a mushroom cap or other option it can be emailed.

Mr. Mark Vaillancourt seconded the motion, and the motion carried 4-0.

Ayes 4 (Tunney, Vaillancourt, Ballard, Ball)

2.      TMG-BI Realty, LLC, Plat 6, Lot 157. Fire #212 Water Street. Application by Thomas J. Martucci, for new entrance pergolas.

Mr. Martucci presented his pergola archways.

Ms. Arlene Tunney made a motion to deny the project as presented in that it does match the vernacular of the building.

Mr. Mike Ballard seconded the motion, and it was a split decision 2-2.

Ayes 2 (Tunney, Ballard) Nays 2 (Vaillancourt, Ball)

Ms. Martha Ball made a motion to accept the pergolas as presented without the gates with the understanding that it would not set a president in the Historic District for future applications.

Mr. Mark Vaillancourt seconded the motion, and it was a split decision 2-2.

Ayes 2 ((Vaillancourt, Ball) Nays 2 (Tunney, Ballard)

The Commission agreed to hold a special meeting for Mr. Martucci to come back on Thursday April 24".

3.      TMG-BI Realty, LLC, Plat 6, Lot 157. Fire #212 Water Street. Application by Thomas J. Martucci, for a new sign.

Mr. Martucci explained the sign.

Mr. Mark Vaillancourt made the approval for Final Approval for TMG-BI Realty. LLC, Plat 6, Lot 157. Fire #212 Water Street. Application by Thomas J. Martucci, for a new sign. Ms. Martha Ball seconded the motion, and the motion carried 3-1.
