Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

 

Preliminary/ Final:

1.   Town of New Shoreham, Mary D. Park.  Plat 6, 147 and Plat 6, 146. Application by Old Harbor Task Force to modify installation of sundial sculpture on Plat 6 lot 147, a bluestone walkway, landscaping and rebuild a stonewall on Plat 6 lot 146 previously approved in November of 2022. 

2.   Bayer, Gregory & Crystal, Plat 6, Lot 93. Fire # 334 High Street. Application by Gregory & Crystal Bayer for Accessory Residential Structure.

 

Signs:

1.   Settler’s Rock Realty LLC. Plat 6, Lot 155.  Fire# 231 Water Street. Application for a sign for Blocksicle.

 

Other:

 

Update on Block Island Chamber of Commerce. Application for Wayfarer signs. On the corners of Beach Ave/Ocean Ave, Beach Ave/Corn Neck RD, Historical Society, Ferry Landing, Spring Street.

 

Approval of minutes: April 28, 2025, May 19, 2025, June 23, 2025
