AGENDA
After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items. The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant to understand the project. After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments. Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment. Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site. Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc. Thank you for participating.
1. Town of New Shoreham, Plat 6, Lot 4, Ocean Ave. Application by the Town Sewer Commission to enclose generator controls for the pump station.
2. Sky Blue Pink, LLC. Plat 5, Lot 69-1. Fire #31 West Side Road. The Narragansett is addressing concerns about the in-kind replacement of the porch.
3. John Spier. Plat 6, Lot 2-2. Old Town Road. Application by John Spier to demolish the Benjamin Rose House and build new single-family dwelling.
4. D. Brown Property Management, Plat 6, Lot 87, 461 Chapel Street. Application by Dwayne Brown to extend shed/ storage and add office to second floor.
