AGENDA

Call to Order

After presentations by the Applicant, members of the Public will be allowed 2 opportunities to speak on agenda items.  The Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has questions of the Applicant to understand the project.  After questions are closed, the Chair will ask if anyone from the Public has comments.  Members of the Public will have up to 3 minutes per person to comment.  Comments should be limited to the exterior design of the building and site.  Comments will not be allowed as to the interior design or use of the project, etc.  Thank you for participating.

 

Signs:

1.      Salt Pond Settlement Owner’s Association, Plat 19, Lot 2. 72 Westside Road. Application by Amy Doran for a new sign for Salt Pond Settlement.

2.      New Shoreham House Inc., Plat 6, Lot 108. Water Street. Application by Sean Dugan for a new sign for Block Market Second Path.

3.      Payne Properties LLC., Plat 6, Lot 99. Water Street. Application by Katherine Castellanos for a new sign for Drift Island Spa.

4.      Berube Ent. Inc., Plat 17, Lot 7-2. Connecticut Ave., Application by Christopher Willi for a new sign for Wetherbee’s.

 

Other:

1.      Discuss historical and architectural values of properties in Area 1 Map of the potential expansion of the Historic District

2.      Approval of minutes: May 18, 2026.
