Building Standards

 

§ 4-16. Building code. [Rev. Ords. 1989, § 4-16]

The building code enforced in the town is the state building code adopted pursuant to G.L. 1956, § 23-27.3-1 et seq., as amended.

 

 

§ 4-17. Permit and inspection fees. [Rev. Ords. 1989, § 4-17]

The schedule of fees for permits and inspections which are required under the building code is on file in the town clerk's office.

 

 

§ 4-18. Board of appeals. [Rev. Ords. 1989, § 4-41]

The town council may designate the planning board or zoning board of review as the board of appeals under the state building code.
