1.   Continued from March 6, 2017:  Discuss and act to appoint Town Manager Search Committee(s)  

 

2.   Continued from March 8, 2017: Receive and act on Facilities Manager’s report

 

3.   Announce the release of Broadband FAQ Whitepaper and set presentation date for Broadband public information session with the Broadband Working Group, Tilson Technologies and Crocker Communications on March 23, 2017 

 

4.   Receive and act on request of Cindy Kelly for Pots and Kettles (food truck) to remain at Old Town Road location (Plat 6, Lot 129) from November 1 through April 30, annually

 

5.   Review and act on lease of Town land at Mosquito Beach parking lot, Corn Neck Road (Plat 4, Lot 68) to Cindy Kelly for Pots and Kettles (food truck)

 

6.   Authorize the expenditure of up to $23,611 from the Old Harbor Dock Construction Fund for piling improvements

 

7.   Fiscal Year 2018 budget presentation and preliminary discussion

Discuss and act on second amendment to temporary easement assigned to National Grid for work area at the Fred Benson Town Beach.  This may go into closed session under §42-46-5(a)(5): “Any discussion or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public”

 

11. Receive and act on report from Town Solicitor re: McGinnes v. Town of New Shoreham, Casazza and Pezzimenti (WC-2016-0616) This item may be held in closed session pursuant to Rhode Island General Law §42-46-5(a) (2) for the discussion of litigation)

 

12. Receive and act on report from Town Solicitor Katherine Merolla regarding Quonset Fast Ferry RUC Docket # D-13-51 (This discussion may be held in closed session pursuant to Rhode Island General Law §42-46-5(a)(2) for the discussion of litigation)
