2.      Town Council meeting as Board of License Commissioners: Consider application for Class BV License for Old Island Pub, LLC Member: Lewis N. Gaffett, d/b/a Old Island Pub, Ocean Avenue, Plat 6, Lot 3-3

 

3.      Town Council meeting as Board of License Commissioners: Consider application for transfer of Class BV Liquor License, Stockholders Only for Shoreham, Inc. d/b/a Ballard’s Inn, Water Street, Plat 7,  Lot 23 from stockholder Marion C. Filippi to stockholder Steven C. Filippi

 

4.      Town Council meeting as Board of License Commissioners: Receive and act on 2019 Commercial Shellfish License Applications

7.      Request from Henry duPont for Town Council Resolution asking State Representatives to work with the Town Council and airport stakeholders to get the essential RIAC funding required for Block Island State Airport operations 

 

8.      Receive and act on notice of Interstate Fast Ferry re: Application to Division for Authorization Pursuant to RIGL 39-3-15 to incur $8,500,000 in debt for the purpose of constructing a new 500 passenger fast ferry

 

9.      Correspondence: Memo of Harbors Committee regarding Community Boating Center and New Harbor Welcome Center

 

10.  Annual appointments of TNS Officials and Members of Boards, Committees and Commissions

 

11.  Minutes: December 3, 2018 (open and closed)

12.  Discuss and act on the docketing of matters for future agendas of the Town Council. The purpose of this agenda item is for the Town Council to determine whether a matter should be placed on a future agenda and not for the purpose of discussing or voting on the merits of the proposed agenda item.

13.  Discuss and act on authorizing the Town Manager to discuss Old Harbor Dockage options

 

14.  Receive and act on update from Town Manager on Town Housing Initiatives (This may be held in closed session pursuant to §42-46-5(a)(5): “Any discussion or considerations related to the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property wherein advanced public information would be detrimental to the interest of the public”)
